2023 Westside Church Christmas Pageant

Comfort & Joy

2023 Christmas Pageant

Christmas is the perfect time of the year…right? Fun, joy, peace, love! Not always! But there is hope. God sent His Son, Jesus. He came so we can have comfort and joy, something that Joan, Eric, and Marie desperately need to find. No matter what’s going on around you this Christmas…GOD IS and HAS everything you need.

With all your heart you must trust the LORD and not your own judgment.
Always let him lead you, and he will clear the road for you to follow.
— Proverbs 3: 5 & 6 CEV

FAQs

HOW CAN I ASK A QUESTION… AND GET AN ANSWER?

Please read this FAQ! Hopefully your questions have already been answered! For non-urgent questions, please email christmas@wchurch.tv. Emails are checked multiple times a day and will be responded to in a timely manner. You may also call the church office at 402-496-7833 during office hours; Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please send an email to christmas@wchurch.tv if you need assistance outside of that time frame.

How do I order tickets?

Tickets may be ordered beginning November 1, 2023, at noon right here at westsisdechristmas.org or through the Westside Church website. Look for the Christmas Pageant section at the top of the home page.

How much do the tickets cost?

Ticket prices are $6.00, $11.00, and $16.00 each, depending on the seat location in the Worship Center. A small processing fee will be added to each ticket purchased.

How can group tickets be reserved?

All tickets will be available to the public beginning November 1, 2023, at NOON and can be purchased at westsidechristmas.org. Group ticketing is not available before November 1 at noon. Order early! Tickets are sold on a first come-first served basis. Please double and triple check your group order. Once tickets are purchased neither our ticketing agency or Westside Church can issue
a refund or exchange tickets.

Is there an alternative way to order tickets?

All tickets are available for purchase online. Tickets are not available at Westside Church. If you are having trouble completing your transaction, we recommend refreshing your browser and trying again. If the problem persists you may call our church office at 402-496-7833 to leave a voicemail for our ticket coordinator or email christmas@wchurch.tv. Please email christmas@wchurch.tv for ticketing needs outside of business hours. Once tickets are purchased, they are yours! Neither our ticketing agency or Westside Church can issue a refund or exchange tickets.

What if I purchased tickets and now can’t use them?

Please order carefully. Once purchased, the tickets are yours! Ticket orders cannot be refunded or exchanged by either our ticketing agency or Westside Church. If you order tickets and cannot use them, sell them, or give them to a friend!

HOW DO I SHOW MY TICKET AT THE DOOR?

After completing your purchase online you can choose to print your tickets or pick them up at Ticket Will Call in the main foyer when you arrive at Westside Church. You can also pull up your ticket reservation and show it from your phone. We scan every ticket upon entry so please make sure you have each ticket’s unique QR code ready and available.

Is there parking for tour buses?

Please email christmas@wchurch.tv  to let us know you have a large group coming and need accommodations for tour buses. We will be able to send you instructions and alert our parking team of your arrival.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR TO THE BALCONY?

There is not an elevator that will access balcony seating. Seating on the main floor is imperative for those who are not able to use stairs.

Do children or infants need a ticket?

If a child is under two years of age and will sit on the lap of an adult for the entire presentation, they do NOT need a ticket. Please note that children will not be allowed to sit on the floor in any part of the auditorium, or in an aisle, at any time. There are way too many animals, dancers, actors, etc. in the aisles throughout the presentation. We love your children too and want them to be safe!

Is there nursery or childcare available during any of the presentations?

We do not offer nursery or childcare for any of the presentations. Our pageants are child friendly. However, if your child/children need a break, you can continue to view the presentation on one of the monitors located in the hallway or in the designated CRY ROOM just off the main foyer.

What time should I arrive for the presentation?

Please be in your seat, ready for the presentation to begin before 3:00 pm or 7:00 pm. We attempt to begin the show ON TIME and need everyone seated for the opener! If you arrive later, you may not be seated until a ‘break’ in the action.

Are the seats assigned?

YES! You will receive a reserved seat in the Worship Center for every ticket ordered!

When do the doors open for seating?

The doors to the church and Worship Center open one hour prior to each presentation, 2:00 pm or 6:00 pm.

How long does the presentation last? Is there an Intermission?

Please allow 1 ½  - 2 hours for the presentation. To maintain the flow of the pageant we do not have an Intermission.

Is the church accessible to wheelchairs?

Yes, the church building and entrances on the east and west sides are accessible to wheelchairs. Handicap parking is available in both the east and the west lots. Wheelchair seating is available on the main floor only for all presentations in Sections E and F, Row M. Once entering the doors our greeters and ushers can help accommodate your needs. Please note wheelchairs may not be positioned in the aisles or any other sections of the auditorium. There is not an elevator to accommodate wheelchair seating in the balcony or those who cannot navigate stairs.

HOW CAN PURCHASE HANDICAP SEATING?

To purchase accessible seating email christmas@wchurch.tv to obtain the seat access code for handicap seating. In consideration of others, please only purchase two handicap accessible seats in Row M (one handicap accessible and one extra so no one must sit alone) and choose seats close by for the rest of your party.  All chairs in our handicap row are removable for wheelchairs.

Is there a presentation for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing?

Yes! Sunday, December 10, 3:00 pm, will be interpreted and has been designated as the presentation for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. To obtain the seat access code for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing reserved section please email christmas@wchurch.tv .

Where is Westside Church located?

Westside Church is located at 15050 West Dodge Road, Omaha, NE, 68154. Westside is on the northwest corner of 150th & Dodge.

Where should I park?

Once you arrive at Westside Church, please follow our parking lot attendants. They will assist you in finding a parking space.

What rows do the camels come down?

The camels enter/exit the Worship Center between Sections C & D and Sections E & F on the main floor.

Are there animals in the balcony?

We make every attempt to bring smaller animals to the balcony area. The camels and other animals enter the Worship Center at the beginning of ACT 2. The camels enter again in the Finale.
